What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engaging activities to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior to the appropriate parties.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, and CareHero staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in caregiving, preferably with seniors.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or equivalent certification is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to client well-being.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
