What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. Key Responsibilities of a PCA

• Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero team regarding client's well-being and any changes.

Qualifications for PCA Roles

• Completion of a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) training program, or CNA/HHA equivalent certification required.
• Prior experience providing personal care or assistance to seniors or individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely (as needed).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred).
