What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero in Malden, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engage in activities tailored to individual needs
• Assist with personal care tasks (e.g., meal prep, medication reminders, light mobility support)
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
• Communicate any changes in the client's condition to the CareHero team and families
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals needing in-home support (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
