What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engagement activities tailored to client needs
• Assist with light personal care tasks (e.g., meal prep, medication reminders, minimal mobility support)
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment and communicate any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals
• Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals needing care (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or equivalent certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
