What You Will Do as a Home Health Aide?

As a Home Health Aide with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong commitment to client well-being.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
