What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide with CareHero, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes in Cambridge, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the care team.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and reliable personal care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
