What You Will Do?

As a caregiver with CareHero, you will provide supportive and enriching care to individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities (e.g., conversations, games, hobbies)
• Assist with light household tasks (e.g., meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry)
• Provide transportation for errands, appointments, and social outings
• Offer medication reminders and ensure a safe, comfortable environment
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, reporting any changes in condition

Qualifications

• Prior experience in companion care, senior care, or a related field (professional or personal)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or equivalent certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Ability to build rapport and provide compassionate companionship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
