What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and companionship to seniors, helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You'll enjoy the autonomy to build a schedule that fits your life. This role is perfect for dedicated PCAs who are passionate about making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide medication reminders and report any changes in client's condition to the family and CareHero team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a caregiving role, either professionally or personally.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with empathy and respect.
• Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to delivering high-quality personal care.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
