What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals in 4-hour increments, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about providing direct care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in client condition, and report to supervising nurse.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Florida, or Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification with relevant experience.
• Prior experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting, preferably with seniors.
• Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
