What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for seniors, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about providing quality in-home care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities for seniors
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Ensure a safe and clean environment and communicate any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care
• Clean background check and valid driver's license with reliable transportation
