What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential support and enriching care for clients, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable in their own homes. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about providing quality care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation and activities
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's health status to the family and our team

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors in a professional or personal capacity
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality in-home care
• Must pass a comprehensive background check
