What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. Key Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to ensure continuous quality care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Proven experience providing direct care to seniors or individuals with varying needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
• Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
