What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide supportive and enriching care for seniors, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for PCAs who are passionate about senior care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe home environment and report any changes in a client's condition.
• Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors, either professionally or personally.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Reliable, responsible, and dedicated to providing high-quality personal care.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
