What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about in-home care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to family/supervisors.

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification required.
• Prior experience in home care or with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable for client visits).
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
