What You Will Do?

As a Companion Caregiver, you will provide supportive and enriching care for seniors in 4-hour increments, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about senior support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities for seniors
• Assist with light household tasks (e.g., meal prep, light tidying, errands)
• Provide medication reminders and ensure a safe environment
• Communicate any changes in the client's condition to the family or CareHero team
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing companion care or working with seniors (professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean pass required background check
