What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals needing assistance, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in client condition, and report to supervising nurse or family.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Florida, or equivalent (HHA, PCA) with relevant experience.
• Proven experience providing direct care to seniors or individuals with varying needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving (e.g., lifting, transferring).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable for client visits).
