What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide supportive and enriching care for seniors, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about providing one-on-one support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging social interaction.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe home environment and report any changes in the client's condition.
• Collaborate with families to provide personalized and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors in a personal or professional capacity.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
