What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for seniors, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about senior care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to family and CareHero staff.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in home health or senior care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to perform duties independently and reliably.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
