What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about personal care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engage in stimulating activities
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment, communicating any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with individuals and families to understand their unique needs and preferences

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals needing personal care (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
