What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care, helping individuals stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a real difference in people's daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior to the family or CareHero team.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or support to individuals in a home setting.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to client well-being.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
