What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a real difference in someone's daily life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero staff regarding care needs and observations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or support to seniors or individuals needing assistance.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
