What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals in 4-hour increments, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about in-home support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Assist with light household duties and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and engage in stimulating activities
• Provide medication reminders and ensure a safe environment
• Communicate any changes in the client's condition to the family or CareHero team

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in Florida, or CNA/PCA certification
• Prior experience providing in-home care or working with individuals needing assistance
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
