What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about in-home support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health or behavior to family and CareHero staff
• Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing in-home care or working with individuals needing assistance
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care
• Clean background check required
