What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care, helping individuals stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engaging activities.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to family and CareHero team.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Proven experience in home health care or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
