What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for clients, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort
• Help with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to family and CareHero team
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or similar certification required
• Prior experience in a caregiving role, preferably with in-home care
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
