What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about providing direct support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero staff regarding client needs and any changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or support to individuals in a home setting (either professionally or personally).
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care.
• Successful completion of a background check.
