What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about in-home support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
• Help with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to family and CareHero staff.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing in-home care or working with seniors.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
