What You Will Do?

As a Companion Caregiver, you will provide supportive and enriching care for seniors in 4-hour increments, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about providing companionship and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engage in activities such as reading, games, or conversation
• Assist with light personal care tasks (e.g., meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping)
• Provide transportation for errands or appointments, if needed
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment and communicate any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
