What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals in various shift lengths, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about in-home care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero team regarding client's well-being

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing in-home care or working with seniors
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
