What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for seniors, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about in-home care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engagement activities for individuals
• Assist with personal care tasks (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility support)
• Ensure a safe environment and communicate any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals needing in-home support (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
