What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you by picking flexible shift blocks. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about in-home care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and prepare nutritious meals
• Administer medication reminders and monitor vital signs (as permitted by scope of practice)
• Offer companionship and engage in stimulating activities

Qualifications

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification required
• Prior experience in home care or a similar caregiving setting
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and reliable personal care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
