What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you, offering care in flexible blocks. Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engagement activities for individuals
• Assist with personal care tasks (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment, reporting any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or support to individuals
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
