What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for HHAs who are passionate about providing quality in-home support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
• Help with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the CareHero team regarding care needs and any changes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing in-home care or working with seniors/individuals needing assistance.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care.
• Successful completion of a background check.
