What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about personal care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, reporting any changes in the client's condition or needs.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to understand individual needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or support to individuals in a home setting.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care.
• Successful completion of a background check.
