What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals in 4-hour increments, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about personal care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engaging activities.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care needs and observations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or home support services.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to client well-being.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
