What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about providing direct care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home health or caregiving preferred
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to provide compassionate and reliable care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
