What You Will Do?

As a Companion Caregiver, you will provide supportive and enriching care for seniors, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about senior care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities (e.g., conversations, games, hobbies)
• Assist with light personal care tasks (e.g., meal preparation, medication reminders, minimal mobility support as needed)
• Facilitate social engagement and outings
• Ensure a safe environment and communicate any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing companionship or care to seniors (professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to enhancing seniors' quality of life
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
