What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals in 4-hour increments, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about providing direct support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and engage in stimulating activities
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero team regarding client's well-being

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Prior experience providing personal care or support to seniors or individuals needing assistance
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
