What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about personal care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage in stimulating activities.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment, communicating any changes in the client's condition.
• Collaborate with individuals and families to understand specific needs, preferences, and goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or support to individuals (either professionally or personally).
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Clean background check required.
