What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about providing direct care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status or behavior to the care team.
• Help with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Florida, or HHA/PCA certification with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a caregiving role, preferably with seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
• Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
