What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals in their homes, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about providing personalized support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities
• Assist with personal care tasks (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain a tidy living environment
• Ensure a safe environment and communicate any changes in the client's condition

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or home support (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean pass required background check
