What You Will Do?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, observe client conditions, and report any changes to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Florida, or equivalent Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification.
• Prior experience in home health, assisted living, or a similar care setting.
• Ability to provide compassionate and professional care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
