What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide supportive and enriching care, helping individuals stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a real difference in someone's daily life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and engage in stimulating activities
• Assist with light household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up
• Provide medication reminders and ensure a safe environment
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care needs and observations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal care or home care (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean pass required background check
