What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about in-home support and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Ensure a safe environment and communicate any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or caregiver (professional or personal)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean pass required background check
