What You Will Do?

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals in 4-hour increments, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about home health care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, reporting any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals requiring home care (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
