What You Will Do?

As a Caregiver, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you, often in flexible shift blocks. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities
• Assist with light personal care tasks (e.g., meal preparation, medication reminders, minimal mobility support)
• Ensure a safe environment and communicate any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors or individuals needing assistance.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
