What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals in 4-hour increments, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about personal care and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities tailored to individual needs
• Assist with personal care tasks (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide support with daily living activities (e.g., meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders)
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment and communicate any changes in the client's condition
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with seniors or individuals needing personal care (either professionally or personally)
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Clean background check required
