What You Will Do?

As a Companion Caregiver, you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about providing companionship and want to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities (e.g., conversations, hobbies, outings)
• Assist with light household tasks and errands (e.g., meal preparation, grocery shopping, light tidying)
• Provide medication reminders and ensure a safe, comfortable environment
• Facilitate social interaction and emotional support
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, reporting any changes in condition

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing companion care or working with seniors
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to enhancing quality of life
• Ability to pass a background check
