What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about personal care and want to make a real difference in someone's life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and engaging activities.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and CareHero staff regarding client well-being and needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or support to seniors or individuals needing assistance.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Reliable, responsible, and dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care.
• Successful completion of a background check.
