What You Will Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide supportive and enriching care for individuals, helping them stay safe, active, and comfortable at home. You’ll have the freedom to create a schedule that works for you. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engaging activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with light meal preparation.
• Ensure a safe environment and communicate any changes in the client's condition.
• Collaborate with families to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing personal care or support to individuals (professionally or personally).
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Clean pass required background check
